You may be struggling with a specific issue or pattern of behaviour and know already what you would like to talk about. Alternatively, you may be feeling anxious or depressed and need support with processing your feelings and emotions. Counselling may be able to offer a fresh perspective, or support you to make changes needed to get you to a better place. I offer space to talk and discuss current and past events.

My approach is driven through discussion with you, as we are all unique and there is no ‘one size fits all’. I combine Person Centred counselling, which allows you to reflect and process what is going on for you, with CBT and coaching to help you develop strategies for positive change that you can use for the rest of your life.

I offer an open minded, non-judgmental and supportive space to help you feel comfortable talking about difficult or challenging issues. Whilst I work with a variety of issues, I specialise in working with anxiety, and can effectively help you challenge and eliminate your anxious thoughts. I work with clients from all backgrounds.

I offer a complementary 15 minute consultation. This is an opportunity to get to know me and to allow me to gain a little more detail from you, to ensure that I have the skillset to work with you. There is no obligation to take forward counselling. I currently have availability so please get in touch and we can work together to figure out what you need.

Sessions can be held in person, online or through walk and talk. Fees are £55 for an individual session and £70 for a couples session.
